501(c)3 Organizations & sculpture donors to these ministries; Retail Dealers with valid sales tax permits & Companies making one time, volume purchases.

WHOLESALE TERMS OF SALE :

1. Minimum Order: $300. (Retail)

2.  Payment: Prepayment required by credit card, cash, check, money order.  No C.O.D.

3.  Advance Deposit:  Required for large orders & bronzes that are special ordered. Allow 3 – 4 months for delivery.

4.  Shipping:  F.O.B. via UPS or Truck Freight.  Charges include freight, handling & Insurance.

5.  Drop Shipping: Add $5 per additional address.  Large sculptures are shipped direct from the foundry in Lander, WY. Shipping will be billed after delivery.

6.  Returns:  No returns except for incorrect product. Notification must be within 48 hours.

7.  Damaged Product:  Will be replaced ASAP. Notify Greiner & the delivery company within 48 hours.  Save all packaging for inspection.

8.  Copyrights & Trademarks:  All Greiner art, copy & images are protected by copyright & trademark registration, & can not be reproduced or used without written permission.  Greiner does allow 501(c)3 ministries to use his images, without cost, under certain conditions.  Please request our “IMAGE USE PROGRAM” document.
