1. Purpose: To financially assist legitimate 501(c)3 ministries, Christian organizations and institutions in spreading the Gospel around the world. 2. Means: Max Greiner, Jr. Designs, the company, will donate to participating organizations and missionaries, (on an individual or organizational basis), a monthly financial gift of 10% of the (Retail) purchase price of any Greiner artwork sold by Max Greiner, Jr. Designs, which was directly facilitated by the participating organization, as described in this document. 3. Method: Participating organizations, at their discretion, agree to recommend, present and make known to their supporters, the artwork of Max Greiner, Jr. This artwork can be presented on television, radio, websites, literature and in person. This program should be explained to supporters, but it does not need to be "sold." The Holy Sprit will bring in the “financial” harvest, if it is His will, without the need for “selling.” 4. Ministry Gift Program: Max Greiner, Jr. Designs currently allows any 501(c)3 ministry or charitable organization to purchase Greiner artwork at a special (Wholesale) discount. Greiner artwork may be purchased by participating ministries at the discounted price for decoration, as donor gifts, to sell or as samples. It is recommended that examples of Greiner's Christian artwork be available for display or presentation at the ministry. Purchases made by participating organizations themselves do not receive the 10% monthly gift donation, on their own “discounted” purchases. 5. Art Image Use Program: Max Greiner, Jr. Designs currently allows all 501(c)3 organizations the free use of Greiner art images under special conditions, These copyrighted images can be used on their websites, literature, during presentations, services and conferences, if the organization agrees in writing, to abide by the Artist’s requirements, regarding copyrights and trademarks. 6. Promotion: Participating organizations should use Greiner artwork on their literature, websites, TV and radio shows to help explain this Gospel Funding Program and communicate their own mission. A “side bar” paragraph such as the following could be stated:: Ministry Partners: Artist, Max Greiner, Jr. is a committed Christian and supporter of this ministry. He has graciously agreed to make a financial gift to this ministry, in the amount of 10% of the purchase price of any of his Christ honoring artwork that you purchase directly from his company, Max Greiner, Jr. Designs. However, you must request that this gift be made to our ministry, at the time of your purchase. Our Ministry Gift Code is:__________ 7. Orders: All customers must make their purchases directly with Max Greiner, Jr. Designs. This can be done in person, by mail, email, fax, telephone or Internet, at the Greiner website. Customers must provide at the time the order is placed, the Ministry Gift Code for the ministry to be credited. 8. Greiner Donations to Ministries: Participating organizations or missionaries (either individually or corporately) will be issued a gift donation check at the beginning of each month, following a sale. Gifts amounting to less than $100.00 in any given month will be accrued to the next month, until this amount is exceeded. A special Gift I.D. Code will be established for each participating ministry or missionary, so that all sales can be calculated electronically. The amount given to the ministry will be 10% of any and all (Retail) sales generated for Max Greiner, Jr. Designs. This will not include any discounted, (Wholesale) purchases by the ministry itself. The monthly Greiner donation is a voluntary gift, and is not a “sales commission.” This gift will be based on the (Retail) sales price of the artwork, not sales tax, or shipping. The gift donation will ONLY BE PAID if the customer specifically requests that the donation be made to the participating ministry and provides the Ministry Gift Code, AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED with Max Greiner, Jr. Designs. No gifts will be distributed to the ministry until the order has been “paid in full” by the customer. 9. Product Delivery: Most Greiner art products priced less than $1,000 (Retail) are usually in stock and can be shipped within 48 hours. Large quantity orders and orders for large bronzes may require 3 to 4 months for production. Shipments out of the country must be considered on a case-by-case basis. 10. Terms & Expiration: Prices and the available product line are established by Max Greiner, Jr. Designs and are subject to change without notice. This program can be modified or terminated at any time by Max Greiner, Jr. Designs. This Agreement automatically expires one year after signing, unless both parties renew it in writing, during the final month of this Agreement. Either party can terminate this Agreement, at any time for any reason, with a 10-day advance notice, made in writing. Gift donations will be paid on all sales transacted prior to the Agreement termination.
